Our investment strategy focuses on identifying opportunities where there is a perceived mismatch between a company’s market price and its intrinsic value. We look to find extremely high quality businesses that we are comfortable holding for a longer period of time. Given our longer-term mindset, we take a methodical research approach that emphasizes primary diligence and in-depth case studies of successful businesses, which enables us to hold businesses for the long term with a high degree of certainty. However, as value investors we are also constantly on the lookout for shorter-term, attractive opportunities where there is a significant mismatch between market price and intrinsic value. Our process is characterized by maintaining an independent view, always keeping an open mind, and constantly adapting to different market conditions.
