We are always on the lookout for talented and motivated individuals to join our Portfolio Team. At the beginning of each semester, IAG runs a rigorous recruiting process made up of a few interviews and a short case study to get to know prospective members better. More information will be circulated at IAG meetings and on this website when applications open.

Applications are open at the beginning of each semester, and any student of any year from any school may apply. We always emphasize that no investing experience is required and welcome a unique and diverse set of backgrounds into the team. Above all, we want to get to know how you think about the world. Analyst training is a 10-week program focused on accounting, valuation, idea generation, and the tenants of value investing. Focused on developing investment judgement, training culminates in each trainee creating a high-quality stock pitch. Please note that training progresses into joining the portfolio team, dependent on performance.
